I used a barbed splice connector and a couple of clamps and I pulled and my wife pushed and sprayed the hose with silicon spray and it came through. The connector is available at any parts house.

Since the last report, I've installed the drive-shafts, entire exhaust system (manifolds, exhaust gas analyzer tubes, muffler), fuel vapour carbon canister and three-way valve, oil cooler and located my XR700 units.

I've also started to remove the heater and brake booster hose. Oh man what a mess! After removing the aluminum panel revealed a s---load of rust, yuk! Oh well, time to crack open another can of paint... J. Hey Dina and Herbert, what was the best way to connect the new hose to the old hose to pull it through?

You can see below to the left, the cable housing runs to open the trunk and engine lids. The two hoses at the very bottom and the ugly rust to the right
