The 4 air injection pipes in the head. They all come together into 1 pipe and then hook up to a hose on the driver's side. |

Jerry -- Are you talking about the 4 exhaust gas analyzing pipes in the header or the 4 air injection pipes in the head? |

What is the purpose of these pipes and can I eliminate them? Just had my rear header coated in aluminum at Jet Hot and would like the cleaner look of the pipes not being there if possible. If eliminated, obviously I would need to plug the 4 holes in the head. Thanks, Jerry. |
