The fuel cao on my ex-348 did not open electronically, you had to twist it by hand. The lid did open electronically though. | ||

mine went like that, solenoid sorted it. Maybe the cable has stretched ? | ||

I'm unable to get the fuel cap to open electronically on my 348gts. Pressing the button on the centre console will produce a very quiet click from the fuse box under the passenger footrest but nothing from the mechanism that pulls the bolt back releasing the fuel cap. At the moment, I'm having to open it manually via the emergency toggle in the engine bay. WD40 has been used on the mechanism... fuse and solenoid in the fuse box also changed... all to no avail... Any suggestions? Chris |
