It is a Mondial 3.2. The Fequency relay was bad that drives the fuel pressure so I am concerned that the thottle micro switch relay in the trunk may be bad also. I'll look at it today and see if I can figure out if it is working.

I think in my 308QV this switch actually triggers a relay in the fuse box bank. When you take that cover off you can actually hear it click, when it works.

Dr. Tommy is right, it's just an on/off switch and a potetiometer. To check you need the WSM specs and an Ohm Meter. Unplug the connector...check for correct resistance for applicable position of throttle..

What kind of car? Usually it's a simple throttle position switch to let a computer know if you are idling or have the pedel to the floor. The complex part of operation is in the computer. You could just stick a test light on it to see if it is signaling or not.

What is is this and what does it do?

How do I test it for correct operation?

Thanks in advance...
