It looks like I am going to have to buy tires before spring and thought it would be the perfect time to refinish the wheels on my '78 with an automotive grade paint. I was told that a single stage Urethane would be best because of it's chip resistant nature but I am not sure of the color. I am sure this has been addressed before but the only thread I found pertained to an aftermarket product that disappointed a few people and others that used the old 'rattle can' method which ISN'T resistant to gas, brake fluid and some solvents. Any information to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated, Thanks, DJ |
