Warren, I tends towards Heath's advise as well. Caribe, I'm just to chicken to try it, maybe one day, I'm glad it worked for you.
David, I'll wait to see if your dealer advises the same. Thanks to you all , JOHN

John and David, I would be careful and take Heaths advice. Dry clean it. It can't cost that much, plus no shrinkage or dye fadeing. Anything with a felt backing I would not trust putting it in water.

I wash mine in the delicate cycle of my washer and it comes out great with no apparent wear from the wash. The only thing that you have to be careful is to dry it in the cold air cycle of your dryer or just hang it somewhere to dry (otherwise it could shrink). I learned this procedure from the car's previous owner. When I got the car back in May, the cover looked brand new and it still does.

I would also be interested in an answer. When I first purchased mine, the dealer told me to never leave the cover on the car while the car was outdoors during a rain storm because the red color of the cover would run all over the car. Makes it sound like it would also run if we machined washed it. Tomorrow I'll be at Ferrari of Washington and if we dont have an answer by then I'll get one for us.

I believe this is a Technical question so>>

The factory dust cover (Red/felt) with the Ferrari horse on the front and back. Ours could use a cleaning and I can't find instructions. Would it survive a regular machine wash and tumble dry? I just don't want to mess it up.

Looking forward to hearing from a expert.
John
