Heath..

Hopefully you have the problem solved by now but if you don't---- Maybe this will help -- O-Rings come in standard sizes for the diameter hole they go into & seal. The injector diameter should be a recommended OD where the o-ring groove is as well as a standard bottom diameter for the groove and a standard width. The only "usual" difference would be if the o-ring cross section is a larger diameter than standard -- which MAY be your problem. If you can, measure the width and bottom OD of the groove on the new injector and compare it to the old. If it's the same, it's probably just going to be difficult to squish the harder, new o-ring into the hole-- some kind of lubrication, force and care will be necessary (hopefully the hole for the injector has some kind of relief/chamfer to help). If the dimensions are different, you will need to find new o-rings and temporarily reuse the old ones to keep you running. A good hydraulics dealer should be able to provide.

If you want to figure it out before you go, you can look here:

I use a silicone lubricant grease to do the ones I have done, but I know that there are several variations of sealing devices.

DOES ANY BODY HAVE THE MEASUREMENT FOR THE 0 RING THAT FITS AROUND THE INJECTOR. I THINK THE ONES I RECIVED MIGHT BE TO LARGE. OR EITHER I NEED A LITTLE HELP ON HOW TO INSERT THEM WHEN PLACED ON THE INJECTOR???
