Phillip, the 12mm hex socket drive can be a bit of a challenge. You might find a local tool supplier stocks, or try: www.Grainger.com www.Snapon.com www.McMaster.com All carry hex sockets & replacement bits as I recall McM was the least expensive. Search term "hex bit".

to change the oil in the 348, there are two plugs....the tank plug has a standard "bolt head" the pan plug is a "hex"head....like an allen head....does anyone know what size hex head this is and where can I get a ratchet drive hex this big. I've been to every auto parts store and no one has anything near this size. Thanks! Sorry for the simplicity, I'm a new owner.  |
