You can glass bead blast the thing and if the outer belt retaining ring is not rusted through and appears sturdy it looks as if it is reuseable. | ||

This is the picture of my drive pulley for one of the timing belts. Notice all the rust. Would you reuse this? How can I clean the rust off the grooves?  |
