I am still waiting on the silk screen supplies. They were back ordered at the first place (after waiting a couple of weeks then getting a post card telling me they were back ordered. Re-ordered supplies this weekend from a different place. I'll post picture once I do my own. |

Count me in for the 328 version. I'd like to see a picture of the finished product when you're done. FWIW, Rob posted some pics on the site of his engine compartment update, including the air box re-do, for those that would like to see it http://www.ferrarichat.com/discus/partsandservice/detailing_engine/index.htm |

I'll be able to turn them arround in 2-3 days not including shipping time. You pay the shipping both ways. |

How long do you think the turn around will be? I just want to be sure you don't have my top during a spring event. |

Wow, sounds like a lot of people are interested. I'll post pictures in a few days when all of the matterials arrive. Assuming mine turns out like I expect, then you guys can start shipping them to me. Bill |

Bill, thanks for your investment in time, effort and money on this. I have a Mondial with the 328 engine. If the turn around time is pretty good, I will probably be interested (including the wrinkle paint). Keep us up to date. |

Very reasonable price -- count me in for my QV, with or without repaint of the black. |

It is how they print T-Shirts. It is a fine mesh screen on a wood box that is photo exposed to the stencil. Then you put ink in it and spread it. It is something you would have to send me your cover and I could do it for you. I guess I could sell you my screen once it is done but then you would have to go buy the ink and stuff. There is a little bit of skill to it. A place in Ca. charges $250-275 to redo them including repainting the black wrinkle paint. I was thinking about offering to do it for people for $50 for just the logo to cover my time and matterials cost to get this far for my own car (if four or five people take me up on it that is). I could charge a little more and redo the black wrinkle paint for people as well. Bill |

Bill. I have a 328 and am very interested in your silkscreen and will pay you for it. How does it work? Like a stencil so that I would spray white paint through it onto the airbox cover? |

This was and old thread from http://www.ferrarichat.com/discus/messages/112/206389.html?1046813505 but I wanted to bring it back from the archives... I almost have completed the templates for silk screening the logos back on to the air filter cover. The 3.2/328 looks great. The 308/QV still needs some work. Let me know if anyone is interested in me doing thiers. Picture of templates printed out below
