I just ordered a set through Rob Calisi (known as Tavio Nuvolari on F*chat) last week and was able to jump in on the original group buy that took place a month or so ago.These are the wheels from the UK and were back ordered when I called. They come with correct center caps and decals as well as stems. He should be getting the call any day to place the order.
I asked the same questions you did and he contacted me here on F*chat. Very helpful. Check the threads on repro 16" wheels and his profile should pop up.

I skipped the group buy because I thought I would be selling the 308. Now I bought an E-Type and decided to keep the 308 so I want to get some 16" wheels so I can 245/45 rear and 225/50 front tires.
I know superformance sells these, but they seem steep including tax, shipping and duties. Where else can they be bought at a decent price?
Any chance of another group buy? Anyone have some for sale used?
