You would have thought the parts counter guy would have known the difference. He also said there was no such thing as a Fram 2804-1 oil filter. Local parts store just lost another customer to mail order!

The "C" suffix has to do with an internal "Copper Core" construction so the plugs themselves would look identical externally (except for the PN marking):

In an effort to try to bring my 77 308 to "proper concours condition" I went to the parts store to get N7Y plugs, plus extras for the tool kit. They only listed N7YC. Is there a difference? Anyone know? |
