Hello Henryk...I removed my entire system as one piece, cats, precats, and muffler. Like JRV says it must come out the bottom. You must remove the lower valence panel, and it wouldn't hurt to remove the smaller panel that goes between the exhaust tips. I used a floor jack to support the system while I removed the bolts. I would guess the entire system weighs about 70 or 80 pounds. I found it easier to remove all at once rather than do it in pieces. I am having pipes made to replace both cats and precats soon. Good Luck! |

The entire lower surround comes off as one piece and the heat shields and air intake boxes must be removed, I think a couple other small pieces, thats about it. |

I am preparing for my first Spring project.....to remove the exhaust on my TR (behind the cats). I have the WSM but it doesn't state how to do it. Does it come out the top, or bottom? I plan on first removing the cats....then make by-pass pipes......then remove the exhaust. |
