Ya, the 90TR has a limiter. I hit it in 1st gear couple times. Forgot what the limit was at 6800 or 7800? I can't remember without looking at the gauge. It just bounces on it. Kind of fun for a second or so. James |

I've been told that my 90 TR has one, haven't hit it yet but I try to every so often. It supposedly kills not fuel but spark to 6 non opposing cyls, this is just what I have heard. -Ben |

i agree with the 7500 - and i know on a 355 its 8500 - cause i did it one time - whoops just died for a second- shifted to 4th and off i went- never hit 5th cause i was already above 3 digits |

Hi, The red mark and rev limiting/cut off is att 7500 rpm's on all 348 engines. Ref: Keith Blumel, Original Ferrari V8 and my own Mondial t. regards /Krister |

yes it does. Sure, it should be perfectly save to bounce off of it, but probably better to shift earlier. I think it's at 7800 but not sure... |

Any idea what rpm? Is it safe to "utilize" it? I understand some EFI limiters kill the fuel, which leans the motor, which should be avoided. Thanks. Mark |
