My E-brake isn't working on my 78' 308. My calipers were rebuilt before I purchased the car. I checked the cable/adjusted it, took it off and moved them manually. I have even moved the arm on the calipers manually with the cable and it still won't hold. Is there a part internally in the caliper that they may have put back together wrong, etc. that would cause this to happen. Both rear calipers won't work when the arm or e-brake lever is pulled. I have never taken the calipers apart. I also adjusted the rear brake pads closer and it still isn't grabbing. Thanks. |
