allan: Mmail Manu on this site. He's the British Tubi distributor (I think). He has indicated in the past that he would deal on these. The headers are removalable, but what a pain. If you are even close to the 30k, do the 30k and the headers. Replacing them will be almost labor free under those circumstances. Or take them to Tom for removal. Art |

I have changed the headers on the 355 many times. This job can be done with the engine in the car. To remove the right side header the oil tank does have to be removed. It's a bit of a trick to wiggle them out, but you just have to keep playing with it unit you find the "sweet spot" and it just slides out. |

One Tubi vendor's retail price list: http://www.modena-motors.com/tubi_style_exhaust_product_list%20BX.htm for reference (but I'd guess all Tubi suppliers have some flexibility price-wise so worth a call/email IMO).

how hard is it to change the headers on a 355 spider? Can this be done with the motor still in the car? Anyone know approximate cost of Tubi Headers? Thank you. |
