Thanks for the tips. Looks like we're going to run plateless ... |

bill i live in nj where front plates are mandatory..in 10 yrs with all corvettes and my current testarossa, i have never put on a front plate, been stopped about 6 times and always had the plate with me though, never received a summons, and have given the cops the same line" yes officer im aware of the law, but would you drill holes to put a bracket for your plate on this beautiful car" most of them smiled and said "no" and get out of here....true stories.. |

A skilled body guy could build a bracket but I didn't on my 355 or 360-just couldn't-never been stopped ---yet! |

Bill- I understand that Ferrari sells a bracket that attaches to the frame under the car...I think it was a few thousand dollars. When I got my 355, I decided it looked better without that ugly Minnesota front plate. In two years, I've never been stopped. I also notice that many exotics around town go plate-less in front. |

This almost sounds like a sacrilege, but if one had to put a license plate on the front of a F355, where would it go? Anybody seen a bracket assembly befitting the car? |
