The rivets on the fuse housing have been known to loosen and back out shorting to the board. Might check it out before you go too far.

You obviously have a short somewhere, you should find this out before you replace any of the electrical systems. If not, all that money spent on boards will go up in smoke again. Sometimes the plastic used for fuse boxes would melt just from the heat from the fuses. Relays are literally indestructible under normal operations, something else is giving you the problem. Any other symptoms the car may have been giving before it became hard to start and failed altogether?

Has anybody had this problem? Car was difficult starting and today it finally totally failed to ignite. A small puff of smoke emitted under the passenger side dash. I removed the fuse/relay housing assembly and notice the circuit board is burned along the bottom. Any suggestions what to do? I live over 200 miles from the nearest Ferrari shop. Please help, and thanks.
