As far as I know they can not. A friend of mine tells me that the horns on Porsche's can bet tuned. I looked on mine but there isn't a screw for tuning.

My horn wasn't working and I had to completely clean it out. A spider had crawled up inside of it and made a nest, then died. The horn never worked since the day I bought it. After cleaning it out and using some WD40 it works fine now. How ever it doesn't beep very fast. You have to hold it down for a while before it really starts to blare. Do all the air horns lag a bit befroe they really get loud?
