Hi Andrew, it is not that hard of a job. The trickiest part is separating the AC condensor from the radiator. You have to lift the radiator half way up to access the bolts to get the condensor off the radiator. BE SURE TO LOOSEN AND move the fans before you budge the condensor or the radiator. The front of the fans will dig into the thin aluminum fins on the condensor and you will be very mad at yourself (like I did!). Also be very careful to watch your elbows on the front fenders, your elbow can easily put a dent in the fender, be very careful. You do not have to disconnect the high pressure AC hoses. You must remove the bonnet to gain full access. Don't forget to change your fan switch while you have it out....unless you know it is a fresh switch. -Mitchel |

They actually connect to the condensor. You might want to consider to have the radiator rodded out while it is out of the car. Hope this helps. |

It isn't too bad. I removed the front hood to take it out. Do you have freon in your lines? There are A/C lines that connect to the rad. that will need to be removed. It shouldn't take you that long. Good Luck! |

Has anyone removed the radiator in their 308. I just got a crack at the top of mine and need to take it out to have it fixed. About how much time does it take to remove and approx how involved is it. Thanks for your time. |
