Philip, they just have regular ATE brakes. No big deal. They are VERY easy to replace pads on. Good luck. |

To add to Mike's instructions, I also remove the cap off the brake fluid resevoir as you will get back flow of fluid when you push caliper pistons in to make room for new thickness pads. |

Front brakes are simpler than the rear. I didn't have to make any adjustments; the tech manual indicates that the "Play adjustment between pads and discs" is "automatic," indicating that they're self adjusting. Lots of threads on replacing brake pads. 1. Remove the pins with a hammer and a punch; don't hit anything else other than your punch of course. I recommend keeping pressure on the "spring" so it doesn't fly out--it did for me and it was a good thing I was wearing glasses. 2. Pull the pads. You may have to wiggle them back and forth to get the pistons in. Good luck, --Mike |

i, need to replase the front break pads is there a, ajustment that i, have to do or not. i, know in the rear, breaks there is a, adjuster screw. or just put the new pads in and that is, it. i, need help on this. THANKS. |
