Peter,
It looks terrific. You've raised the bar and given me a high standard to meet. My best wishes for you on your start-up.

Rob, the block and heads were just cleaned with solvent, but the valve and timing belt covers were painted.

Total parts bill? I'd be curious too (I have yet to add it all up! J )

That is awesome Peter, I can't wait til I have a garage I can take a car through a rebuild.

How did you get the block soo shinny, just cleaning with a solvant or did you use some silver type dye/paint?

I would be curious to know your total parts bill.

Please be alone when you start it for the first time. It is bad luck to have an audience.

Here's what it looks like so far. Only the gas tanks, fuel pump, filter and hoses, gear-cover for the bell housing and repaint the wheels (I also have to have a dent repaired on the hood from a little "accident" I had in the garage).

Look like I'll be back on the road soon. Yes, I realise that the whole summer is gone (and I missed CI. Damn was I jealous of you folks that went, I so wanted to go. Next year!), good thing we have mild winters here in the Northwest.
