One of our local club members had a convex mirror glass cut for his Lambo. If I were to replace mine I'd do the same. If you like I can try to get him to pass the name of the establishment from which he bought it on to you. I think it was baout $120. Looks great. It's a nice upgrade IMO. Best of luck. |

The glass is available for that mirror although not very well listed in the parts catalog. I believe it was listed in the early 348 catalog, but not in the later one.I have replaced them a number of times.
Call a ferrari dealer and have them check the early book or contact the factory for the number, they should be able to help.

I did this one time for a BMW....my door mirror glass was broken...an entire assembly would have been about US $350.00. Instead I traced the size and shape of the glass and made a paper template. I then took it to a local mirror shop and had a mirror cut to the exact shape for U.S. $11.00........big difference...I glued it in place.....no one would ever know......except with a Ferrari you would lose the blue "anti-glare" glass, but you could also probably have that cut if you wanted to........good luck. |

Has anyone just replace the door mirror glass on a 348. I have asked a dealer but they say you can't just buy the mirror glass you have to go for the whole mirror assembly. This would cost �400.
