One down, two to go. I figured out the placement of the smallest shield. Just below the damper to protect the water pump and alternator belt. |

The spacers go between the A/C compressor and upper bracket. Should be 6 spacers. The bolt looks like it is a motor mount bolt. Small shield with 2 brackets mounts on two engine to trans. studs at the very front of the motor shielding the exhaust heat from the bottom of the engine damper. The other 2 bolt together to forming an "L" and shield the right gas tank right above the frame. Sorry, I don't have any books here at home to copy but Steve Jenkin's web site may have them on line. http://ferrari.jenkins.org/books/ |

Anyone have a drawing showing the placement of these heat shields. I bought this car in a box. I know I really should get the shop and parts manual for this year car but the 1978 versions I have are so close!! Also, I don't know where these spacers go the suspension doesnt seem to be missing any. Thanks in advance.
