Looking for 308 A/C O-Ring

I looked around and found that the high side hose was only hand tight on the compressor. I changed the dryer and am ready to reattach the high side hose but wanted to change the O-Ring that sits in the grove on a Aspera compressor first (it looked a little rough). Here are some photos if I wasn't clear (pictures aren't too clear either): Where can I find one of these or is this a Ferrari only part? Also, should I change out all the o-rings in the system while it's refrigerantless? Thanks
