They (BP5ES) work great in the carbureted cars. I wouldn't run any other plug in mine. But I don't know about the fuellies. |

Does anybody have any input on Joseph Glydon's (Forza Dec 2002 "Shop Talk" article) recommendation of B5ES for 95% of Ferraris more than a decade old? I think these would be too hot, but I thought I would ask. |

Or the Platinum style NGK plug would be BP7EVX

I think its wrong. It should be a BP7ES you can check yourself at http://www.ngksparkplugs.com/index2.asp?country=US&nav=a0000 |

Quick question about spark plugs for a 1983 308qv. From the previous threads the plug of choice is the NGK BPR6ev. THe local NAPA guy says the equivilant # is 3625. He called NGK and was told that plug was discontinued and the new replacement is NGK BP8es or NAPA part #2912. Is this correct or should I get the plugs from another source?? Thanks ........ Gary |
