Adam,

A likely culprit may be the vertical felt channel at the front and rear of your door window frames. After awhile, dirt accumulates and become like sand paper in the channels and the windows panes might jam as a result.

Re-lubing the cables and stuff was probably needed anyway, so check the channels out and maybe you can either replace the channels or remove them and clean them the best you can. Make sure you realign the channels if need be while your in there.

Also, I can remember a thread that related to boosting the voltage to the window motors that may help too.

My R/S window goes down fine, but will not go up all of the way. I removed the door panel, and lubed the pullies, but still will not help. I did notice that the window once down, the motor and cable will still run as long as the button is depressed. The window will move up without binding if I grab it an pull it up when I park. Is there an adjustment or alginment to these windows. I may have to bring it for service, but if it is just the motor or an adjustment I would like to do it myself. Anyone else done this or have any insight.

Adam
