Same thing happend to mine. Spider crawls up there & dies. Hose should stick out below silver plate about 1". Most of the water will drip on the feet - especially the passenger. Make sure your Keith Collins mats dry out quickly. The juke-back will mildew & smell bad. Dry cleaning is expensive. Try blowing compressed air up their first. Then break out the coat hanger. |

Make sure that the AC drain tube is firmly attached and not plugged. If it is coming from condesnsation insulate the part that is condendencing with foam that you can get in a hardware store. |

The drain tube for the evaporator is probably clogged up. From under the car one can carefully stick something like a coat hanger wire up the tube and break the clog loose. |

I recently purchased an 1989 328 GTS and so far everything has been working very well. It was rather muggy in my area on Sunday and I had the A/C on full blast. After a while of having it running, I noticed that a steady drip of water was coming from underneath the center of the dash and pouring onto the thin part of the center console. Could there be a hole in the system somewhere or is this normal? If not, what can I do? |
