Are Rotex pads made in Canada? I upgraded the brakes on my Honda Accord to drilled and slotted Brembo rotors and used (I think) some pad recommeded by the Brake Warehouse called Rotex gold made in Canada. I was underwhelmed to say the least (they were perhaps slightly better than stock). They dusted a lot too (but then I have never seen a "dustless" pad regardless of what manufacturers say. When they finally needed replacing (about 75k miles) I stuck in the old tried and true Axxis Metalmasters, and those were a huge improvement.

People say Metalmasters are old tech, but they certainly work whenever I have tried them, and have never noticed high rotor wear.

Might be good for cheap brake pads, but no special deal on rotors there.
