Chris: I see your are in So Cal. Interestingly enough a few months ago a couple of people were selling the "Norma" brand of hose clamps (about 7/8" Dia) at the Long Beach Swap Meet. I talked to him, as I bought some, and he said he had about 10,000 of them. |

If you guys are referring to the type of clamp that is "twisted" to close (no screws) then Fiat did use them. I have a couple of 850 Spiders in my driveway I've been restoring with a friend. He has a big kit for those type clamps. Basically it consists of several different size fasteners and a big spool of the metal strip. You just pick the size fastener you want and cut off the right length of the metal strip. I'll ask him where he got it tomorrow and post it. |

I have heard that Fiat used same type of hose clamps. Try one of the online Fiat parts places. |

Does anyone know where I can get those Factory hose clamps for a 79 308GTB. Ferrari says they aren't available, so I thought of restoring the olds ones (for originality sake) that are in very good condition. Good idea, bad idea?????? Thanks, Chris. |
