I may be interested in selling the Abarth. Like I said, I bought the MOMO and it should come in today. It depends on how it looks when I get it on which one I will keep.

Thanks guys for your help, I e-mail the question to the Guru on Dino's [Denny Schue] but haven't heard back from him yet.

the momo wheel with the holes was the correct wheel for the majority of the dino production. the earliest cars (206's) had a wood wheel and the latest cars (most 1974 cars) had a wheel that didn't have the holes. in the wheel spokes. the "holed" wheels ran out sometime in early 1974 and ferrari just began using another wheel (most likely from the 308gt4) sometime in very early 1974. my dino has a production date of january 1974 and has the holes in the steering wheel and the steering wheel is original to the car. therefore. it is not correct to say that ALL 1974 cars lacked the holes in the steering wheel.

Terry - I have one Dino with the wheel shown - upper photo, and had one with the Momo - lower photo. My U.S. car has upper photo, and the European had the Momo (black metal).

Are you gonna sell the other? I saw a replica MOMO on ebay going for about $350US, looked good and came with the horn button.

I like the looks of the MOMO, so I bought one and plan on using it.

The wheel in my car, "71" 246 GT, is an Abarth and the spokes are slotted. I have also read that the MOMO with holes in the spokes is the correct wheel for my car. Did they use both or is one correct and the other not?Upload
