To set idle on the QV there is both a stop screw, and an air-bleed screw. In order to get the mixture correct (like to pass emission inspections ..) the stop screw needs to be set first. Digging through what passes for the 308 shop manual I was unable to find the setting. My understanding is that it's the measurement taken inside - the throttle valve butterfly opening. Anyone know? Mine's a Euro if it makes a difference. tia, - Frank |
