Bryan,
I should be able to figure out a way to join a couple of short samples so that I can make a nice long mold.

If I haven't written you by the end of June, send me eMAIL. I should have gotten un-buried from the list of 'HoneyDos' that have accumulated while I'was focusing on getting my 308 on the road!

Steven,
Unfortunately I've made plans for tomorrow, otherwise Milford would have been a lot of fun.
Why don't you pick a date for your July get-together & post it so we can all get it on our calendars.

Verell, let me know when you're ready and I'll send you samples. Remember they are too short, but you can get a measurement from your car.

Verell,

MAJOR congrats!!!!!! It will be great to see her on the road :-) You have worked long and hard and deserve a fun drive my friend.

Are you busy Sunday? There is a nonprofit thing in Milford NH. They have an Italian Car Show on Sunday from 9am to 3pm. i'll be showing the car there. See http://www.milfordnh.com/highhopes/festival.htm

Enjoy the Drive,

Steven,
Pick a Jy date & post it in the New England topic.
I'm sure that John Beaucher & I will make it.

BTW, Got my car on the road Monday! My paint came out great (AFTER color sanding & compounding). Looks like the computer coughed up an exact color match. Still have to re-install some trim, but I'm driving at last!

Verell,

If you make some i think i need them too. Keep in touch and hope the lights and fuse boxes are going well.

BTW, we REALLY need to get a N.E. ferrari drive going near my place soon. July is an awesome month for fun here :-) Free steaks, toasted fresh baked garlic rolls, espresso/cappuchino, etc... and cigars at my place :-)

Enjoy the Drive,

Brian,
Making them shouldn't be a problem, other than finding time to make the mold. I could use 4 sample pieces, that way I could make a mold that would turn out 4 at a time.

It'll be early July before I can work on them tho. I'm up to my ears in both sorting out some problems w/my 308 & with existing Unobtainium committments.

Hi Matt. I have some of these, in fact I bought all I could find. The problem is they are all different lengths. They shrunk inside the skin-packaging from the factory. They range from 18" to 21". If Verell at Unobtainum Supply thinks he can make some, I will be happy to send samples!

Matt, I would check with Ted Rutlands if you have not already. Then go through the ads in Hemmings and the FCA classifieds.

The rubber trim that is ON the targa top where it meets the top of the window. This is another part which Ferrari UK says is out of stock. Last I checked with Brian Keegan at Ferrari Parts Exchange he said he didn't have any.

Anyone have a source?

Thanks.
