Oops, my bad. I just looked. There _are_ lenses on both sides of the trunk. My "stuff box", with spare oil, funnel, bungee cords, bulbs, fuses, etc., was blocking the other one, so I didn't notice it before.

DGS is right, but I believe I have 2 trunk compartment lights. No light comes on just by openning trunk lid, only with running lights on. |

The lamps mounted on the deck itself are your number plate lamps -- they should come on with the corner lights. There's an internal lens from the left rear taillight assembly to illuminate the cargo compartment ... again, it comes on with the running lights. Yes, you can replace just the bulb(s). You should be able to get matching bulbs at Autozone or NAPA.

Both laps are out. Can you just replace the bulbs, or do I have to buy the entire assembly? I assume that when working properly the lamps come on when the rear deck is lifted? Thanks. |
