The white arrows illuminate when the ignition is on -- nice feature when driving at night. I purchased these for my '85 308 QV. Concerns tunnel mounted window switches for the 308GTBi/GTSi and the 308QV. The original part #114633 is now no longer available but we do have an alternate part available, #30073407/A and the price is �10.80 (approx $18.04) each. I think the windows even go up quicker. I thought that all 308s had the same black rocker switch with the painted white arrows(non-illuminated) My 85 and most 308s I've seen have the solid black switches; either in the console, or on the door. No idea if they differ electrically though. The part number is 3319000 and is $21.45 per switch. I checked at international-auto.com and they have a 1983 Pininfarina Spider electric window switch that looks dead on for the Ferrari window rocker switch. The part number is 3434400. The Fiat no. is 4421009. The switches are only $12.95 and they're in stock. If they are the same, its a great source. TIA
