Hey Andy,
That actually sounds great! I've dumped a bunch in the car recently, can I get bact to you? If you have an immediate sale, please feel free to offer it, other wise let me get back to you (good price thank you).
Chris.

Hi.

Once it's NLA it doesn't automatically mean that we will remanufacture. It depends on a lot of factors such as demand, tooling costs, number of cars out there, materials availability etc etc. I think it's a case of watch this space here.

Jeff
I have been on your site - the part no you mention (#111742) is for the later model cars and the early model part no is marked NLA (no longer available?) . Can you fill us in on the story for those that are concerned about originality. It seems there are a few variants here, even though they probably all do the same job. Will the early part no become available at a later date. Does anyone produce replicas - preferably in stainless?

Chris... $140 sound ok? I called a couple of my usual parts sources and they were all a bit higher but that sounds fair to me. I looked inside and there's no corrosion at all, has good "correct" paint outside.

Best regards,
Andy

Jeff
Are these the steel ones or are they made in alloy or stainless now?

Hey Andy,
That's a "bummer," sorry to hear that...

Do you have any of that 20MM braided hosing that Ferrari used for smog stuff!
Also, O.E. hose clamps for vacuum, smog, water?
Thanks, Chris.

Chris, it's from a Euro '76, and yes, the same tank was used for years. I tried calling Ted this morning but they were having a garage sale or something, so I'll find out Mon and let you know re: price.

PS I have tons of other new/used early 308 stuff if you need. Just noticed today that some damned meeses ate my original toolkit pouch!!!!!!! $400 meal.

Best regards,
Andy

Hey Andy,
Sounds good! Is it for the 79 308GTB? You know, as I think about it they (Ferrari) may have used them for a few of the 308 years. What year did this come of of. Thanks Chris.

Chris.. I don't have a clue what it's worth, but I'll call Rutland and see what he says, and knock a reasonable amount off that, ok?

Hey Andy,
This car is going to take me to the "poor house" (ha-ha), it just sat and collected dust and the tank rusted out. I don't have any idea what it's worth, do you? Thanks, Chris.

I bough one for my 85 308 from Ted at T. Rutlands.

Their phone number is (800) 638-1444.

I don't remember what I paid.

Can anyone help me locate a coolant recovery tank (inside engine bay)for a 79 308GTB? I'd rather not go through Ferrari UK if I don't have to.
Thank you, Chris.
