Hi everyone,
I was going to get my 348 Spider serviced by Nick Cartwright in Matlock but I have changed my mind and decided to use Graypaul instead.
I found that I had to wait a few weeks before I could even book the car in with N.C. and that I had to keep calling him - he would never seem to call me back himself. This didn't fill me with confidence.
My boss (who currently has 3 F-Cars) had a chat to me the other day and said that Graypaul would routinely do any recalls on the car and that he had found that using Graypaul worked out roughly as cheap as using a specialist.
The annual service is costing me �539 GBP including VAT and they are collecting / returning the car for another �50 + VAT.
On the much-mentioned subject of cambelts I told Graypaul that they were last changed 2 years ago and was told that they would be OK until next year.
