Stange, my car came with 14" rims--but the spare is a 16", as well. This can't be stock?

This is a shame - I know but my car originally came with metric wheels. The spare is a 16". So it does not appear as original - maybe it is?
So here's the deal. I would like to trade someone my "like new" spare 16" wheel with a new tire for a 390mm wheel with a good/new tire on it and you pay shipping on both.
