That would be it - yea! It's the dangdest location. Not much better on the 3.2. I seriously considered putting aircraft quick release cowling fasteners on my rear wheel wells as they have to come off for so many things. Follow the vacuum line. Picture looks great to me. Good luck CT! best Russ |

PS, If I'd have known I was going to show this pic to others I would have cleaned up in there a bit. |

Charles, Russ, I think this is what you are talking about. Note thi is on my 85 Cab QV. Don't know if yours is the same. That small hose is the smallest vacuum line coming out of the intake manifold. The oil coooler is just above the module. The inner plastic "wheelhouse" is removed in this pic.

I can't find them. I am looking at the left side of the engine compartment (at the back of the car looking forward) near the coils and can not locate them. Can you be more explicit. Where exactly in the engine compartment? |

The trunk stuff is the K-jetronic injection stuff. The ignition ECU is on the lower port side of the engine compartment. Follow the smallest vacuum line that comes off the Intake manifold plenum box and it will take you to it (them). best rt |

Is the Electronic Ignition Module the same as the ECU? I know where the ECU is (in rear right fender well in trunk), but where is the EIM? |
