The service bulletin is in the 308/328 specs & service bulletins .PDF file on the 'private doc. collection' web site.

I had the same problem on my 308 track car, and extra oil didn't help much. The only (partial) solution I've found (short of going dry sump) is the addition of a 3-quart Accusump in the trunk.

John-

Do you have a copy of this service bulletin? If so, could you please post or send me a copy?

Thanks

Ferrari issued a service bulletin on this - for the 328 but applicable to 308's also. SB #10-16. It involves a deeper sump and new oil pick up pipe which is 18mm lower.
Alternatively, you can overfill the sump by about 1" on the dipstick - check immediately after you have switched the engine off - the poor man's option!

I know that on right hand sweepers that the 308's tend to have oil starvation.

Do the euro oil pans have the internal baffles? Does anyone else make a baffled pan?

I know others suggest adding an additional 1/2 qt. or so to help prevent this. Are there any other ways to prevent this?

Has anyone heard of any major damage due to this oil starvation? Is this something only to be worried about on the track or can this be a problem on street circuits (on/off ramps)?
