Just picked it up...thus the search for a mechanic. (And after my search, about to be a seperate thread for newbies, this one is not going on sale for a long time.) Thanks all for the tips...been in touch with all of them, working out who is going to get my $$$ in the near future! - JMG |

John, I take my 85 308 to Graham at Park Place service in Bellevue. He's very experienced with Ferrari, Lotus, Porsche and others like. He, as well, is just a nice guy - which doesn't hurt. A bit on the pricey side, but I figure you get what you pay for. He did a complete 30K for me and she "purs like a kitten"! Give him a try! Curious - who were you using before and why the switch? BTW - just saw your profile - absolutely beautiful car!!! My first love was a Mondial and I was talked out of buying one and got the 308 instead, but I swear I'm gona have a Mondial someday - I just think they are very hot! Let me know when you're ready to sell - serious! Good luck! |

Carlo at Alfa Tacoma knows Ferraris very well....well worth the drive a few miles south. These guys (Carlo and Lino) are in the Italian car business because they love the cars...not just to make money. There are a lot of better ways to make a buck! |

The Perrini brothers who own F of Seattle are very helpful. |

I am looking for a new home mechanic for my 92 Mondial. Nick' sounds great but he is a bit of a run from my house...anyone with other options closer to the Eastside of Seattle? |
