If you guys go with 25mm spacers, I recomend you get "adapter'" type hub-centered spacers. They are stronger and less prone to failure. |

You have two options. 1. Use them w/o spacers but you need to get shorter lug bolts (same length as the front). 2. Use the factory lugbolts & add spacers (25mm I think). In my case with Challenge wheels, I have H&R 15mm spacers/bolts (rear only) and I like it. I may upgrade to 25mm someday. -n |

Dave, The 355 wheels will fit on your 348 without spacers but due to the additional 25mm offset that your stock rear "special" wheels have, the 355 wheels on the rears will sit in from the arch compared to what you have at present. I usually supply 15mm spacers all round for customers who want to put 355 wheels with spacers on the 348 I think Martin has a 348 with 355 wheels and spacers on. One other thing to check is the length of the wheel bolts, the 355 uses bolts with 52mm under the head. Hope this helps Paul www.hill-engineering.co.uk Ferrari Chat Sponsor

I am considering changing to the 355 style rims. I know the speciale series has a slightly wider track. SO my question is... do I need spacers? If so what size?? dave |
