Senior moment, I wont consider you anything near a senior as long as you're ripping around in that rosso corsa 360. The pilot sports are real nice tires, my friend just put them on his vette, good choice. |

I like that term "Senior Moment" better than what I usually call "Brain Lock" that occurs with me. |

I thought Pirelli made P Zeros and Michelin makes Pilot Sports? Good to hear you're getting tires though. |

My 1986 328 had goodyears on it and the same type of slow leak. A local garage tried, but could not find the problem. I purchased two new tires and the problem disappeared. I'll never know??? John |

Maitin, Its not uncommon for alloy wheels to have a porosity problem. This is one reason they are coated on the inside. If your inside coating is damaged, this my be the source of your slow leak. Bill |

In Oregon it previously was anything over 30mph above the limit=reckless driving. Now it is completely at the discretion of the officer no matter the speed. |

The magic number in California is 99. Anything under 99 mph on the Hwy is a simple speeding ticket, over 100 is reckless driving and will get you arrested. Your car is also impounded for up to 6 months at $150.00+ per day. Dan |

Must be nice in Oregon. (90 in 55 here in MD or VA is asking for jail time and/or something close to a $1500+ fine. |

Thanks guys.Yes valves check O.K.Since tires (goodyr) have 8k mi on them I think I'll follow Bruce's suggestion and replace them. Just got back from a tour with 8 other Ferrari's where the driving was spirited to say the least and I was not comfortable not knowing the situation with that tire. We were driving the backroads of Oregon at about 90mph when the member with the F40 who was sitting last past the entire caravan at about 140-150! Guess who got the ticket? (only clocked for 90 in a 55.Will post some pics when developed. |

You could have a leak through a (invisible) crack in the wheel itself. |

I had a similar problem with one of the Bridgestone Potenza's on my daily driver. Everything checked out, but then the tread separated suddenly on a holiday weekend trip. Fortunately, no damage to the car or us. I'd recommend that you start shopping for new tires and avoid any high speed runs until you know whats going on with that tire or it is replaced. Good Luck, Bruce |

Martin, Use the tire sealer and be sure to drive the car immediately after you use it or you will have a out of balance problem. One question before you do that. I hope someone has checked the schrader valve to make sure that is tight and not defective, Right? |

Anyone check for a valve or valve stem leak? Put some soapy water on the valve (with cover off of course) and see if it bubbles. |

For past few months have been loosing about 1 to one and 1/2 lbs of air per day from one rear tire.Took it to one tire specialist who found nothing, used sealer around rim=no benefit. Then took it to second tire guy who found zero and did same thing with same results. Any suggestions? |
