Thanks David....I did check with VHT and they make a gray crinkle, but it is quite a bit darker than the factory stuff. Bill...I never thought about Sherwin Williams, but will give them a call tomorrow. Thanks. |

Try a Sherman Williams paint store. They have many colors of crinkle and it works good. I don't know if they have silver or not. And remember, get the part hotter than hell, and lay the paint on till it almost runs. If it runs your screwed! |

I will soon be painting my TR's engine. The block will get high temp aluminum, but I've been unable to find anyone who makes that silver crinkle stuff for the intake plenums. Would this be a dealer only item? |
