Hmm... i'd sell the stock metrics here for less as i use the (better) Etiole, yet might get the metric tyres studded for winter driving (seriously). Enjoy the Drive, Steven (Director of "Ferari's On Ice") Rochlin

Perfect Jeff! Here's my (incomplete) translation guess: SPEEDLINE = Manufacturer Name SL 129 = Manufacturer PN 117000 = Ferrari PN (per your post) GALSi 7 T4 = a cast alloy designation + a heat treatment designation (but don't know whether it's an Aluminum alloy or a Magnesium alloy -- can you tell which alloy by its weight?) 1094B6(stamped) = unknown MADE IN ITALY (odd though that this isnt in Italian IMO) E=10 (cast) and E-11 (stamped) = the wheel offset in millimeters, but Im unsure if the stamped E-11 means the wheel is actually +11mm offset, or if the two markings means the wheel is a +10mm offset and the wheel manufacturer thinks it can work OK on a chassis needing either a +10mm or a +11mm offset wheel (not enough to worry about either way). 89 in a circle with dot in one of 12 boxes = month/year of manufacture

Jeff -- Can you add a shot of the technical stuff shown on the back of the spokes when you post a wheel for sale? -- it could help those who are interested (and give us all a little education). |
