Four allen head socket screws on the seat tracks. Move the seat full forward, remove the two rear, move the seat full back, take out the two fronts. Sometimes a ball-head allen wrench will help with the angles. Careful, the screw heads are shallow, easy to strip.
Remove the seat, the belt buckle comes with the seat. Now you have easy access to the belt latch.
