If it's NOT polyethylene or Polypropylene (ie: doesn't feel like a plastic milk carton or a legoblock) then try Plastic Welder. Most HW stores carry it. I've also had good very luck with 'Surehold Plastic Surgery' a cyanomethacrilate (cousin to crazy glue) for plastic. It even repaired my 308's broken turn signal stalk when nothing else would even start to bond to the plastic. Loctite makes a similar cyano... for plastic. If it's one of the polys that truly nothing sticks to, go to a ski shop. They have a low-temp welding gun & sticks they use for repairing poly ski bottoms. |

RTV may work a little soft IMO not a permanent repair , Home Depot carries 2 part epoxy putty sticks for plastic repair I'd try that If the bottle is made of fibreglass i'd try a fibreglass resin |

I just filled the washer bottle on my 328 for the first time, and within a couple of minutes I had a good sized puddle on the floor. I took the bottle/pump assembly out and found the leak. There are two pockets each side that the pump retainer clip snaps into, in the one pocket there is a small split which is causing the leak. Is this a known problem ? anyone recommend a type of glue that would fix this plastic ? I was thinking of giving good old RTV a try. Any ideas greatly appreciated.
