the tach on my 1980 308 gtsi doesn't work initially when I start the car, but after warm up it works fine. Any comments? |

When my tach quit working I was able to switch the wiring harness on the two digiplex. If i remeber correctly it was the brown wire in the second position on one of them. The other harness did not have a wire in the second position. |

Maybe you can get a younger person to help you read the wiring diagram. Seriously, the tach is fused with the other instruments. It could be a bad connection or the tach could be done for. If you don't already have one, you need a volt-ohm meter to run down electrical problems like this. |

Please help. My wiring diagram is very difficult to read due to age. Does the wire from the coil to the tach go through a fuse? The fuse box just says insterments. The tach has quit working and I cant find a burnt fuse. Maybe just a loose wire?Thanks, Joel |
