If your car has no emissions controls on it, it may be tough to get the CO that low without raising the HC levels. You need to find out what all gasses they check for. An American car will usually be able to adjust within those limits but Ferraris are the dirtiest cars I have ever seen. |

massimo -- (like Craig said) do you mean CO or CO2? My US TR tested <0.5% CO and ~13% CO2 in a recent emission test (although only CO has a test limit). I don't know Mondial QVs specifically, but "Euro" may not be enough of a description -- at least on later TRs it isn't -- a CH (Swiss) TR is very different from a GB (English) TR with regard to emission controls. |

Why is there concern with CO2 emissions since it is a normal, relatively harmless byproduct of combustion? Usually there is more concern about HC, CO and NOx --- in the USA at least... |

I would test the specific car to be sure. You will find vast differences car to car I thought you guys solved all these problems by forming the EU |

because I am in the process of importing in France a mondial qv from Italy and I have seen that in France the limit is less than 4.5%. So I would like to be reassured that I will not have any problem with the French law |
