Dr. Ibrahim There was a service bulletin, about a factory recall to change the seat belt controller on early Testarossa's because they drained the battery. I have a copy of the SB if you want it, just have to find it. HTH Scott |

I have to replace the battery on my 86 TR less than 10,000 miles every two or three years, though i continuously charge it and it disconnected...any ideas? My idiot battery charging light is dead...anyone has this problem or know a solution... what is the best battery to buy? |

Thanks Ben, I'll check it out. I am having a problem with the charging circuit and am not getting an indicator with the ignition turned on and the car not running. Armed with a VOM and the schematic, the bulb is the second stop. My British lumps on occassion have a blown bulb and it shuts down the charging. I'll let you know. |

Not that one specifically. To get the instrument cluster out IIRC there is only one bolt center bottom right above the steering column, the top is resting on the dash so to speak, genlty pull up and out for access to the bulbs. I may be off a bit haven't done it in a LONG time. -Ben
